Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING WITHIN MEXICO
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) using
Standard delivery for Estafeta is within 3 to 5 business days throughout most of Mexico.
A fixed shipping fee of 200 MXN applies.
Free shipping is available for orders of 1,299 MXN or more (after discounts and promotions).
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) using
Standard delivery for USPS is within 3 to 5 business days throughout most of the U.S.
A fixed shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
Free shipping is available for orders of $60 or more (after discounts and promotions).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Salina Life we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If that’s not the case, then we will gladly process your return/exchange.
In order for us to process your return/exchange, it needs to meet the following requirements*:
The item is returned in its original condition with the tags and labels still attached.
The item has no marks or stains (including but not limited to: make up, deodorant, etc)
The item is returned to us within 30 days from the order delivery date. If your items are returned later than 30 days, your return/exchange will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
* If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you. You will receive an email indicating the new tracking # and denial of return.
For all eligible returns/exchanges, customers will be awarded a credit to www.salinalife.com .
Please note that we cannot process refunds to credit or debit cards at this time.
Returns/Exchanges may take up to (10) business days to be processed, once received.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We cannot reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been processed.
